PROCESSING POLICY

Customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities, we will make every effort to ensure that orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible once payment has been received. Average processing time ranges from 3-15 business days depending on the service being rendered, this does not include weekends and or holidays. While this is only an average processing time, this allows us to exude the highest level of quality control. Processing times is in addition to shipping time

SHIPPING POLICY

Once processing has taken place, orders will be packaged for delivery. Currently, we use USPS Priority Mail on all orders which will consist of a flat rate charge. Tracking numbers along with an email will be sent to customers once available. Please understand we are not responsible for any delays during shipping, please allow ample time for packages to arrive. USPS Confirmation Signatures are required upon delivery.

CLIENT SHIPPING POLICY

When shipping extensions to Love Couture Hair Collection, Please note inches and textures that are being used, and the desired style. EXTENSIONS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SENT TO US REQUIRING TRACKING AND SIGNATURE CONFIRMATIONS. CLIENTS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO SHIP BACK TO CLIENT.

STYLING POLICY

Extensions that are sent will undergo a complimentary sanitation and deep conditioning process.We encourage pictures to be emailed of the desired look. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TO DUPLICATE EXACT STYLES; HOWEVER, WE WILL USE THE PICTURE AND SPECIFICS PROVIDED AS INSPIRATION. UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED ON WIG BLOCKS, AND MAY DESCEND SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT WHEN PLACED ON A LIVE HEAD. IF YOU ARE PARTICULAR WITH HOW STYLES MAY FALL, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU STYLE UNIT ON HEAD ONCE RECEIVED.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer returns, and ALL SALES ARE DEEMED FINAL. We will be more than happy to offer an exchange or store credit within the first 14 days of receipt. Concerns related to lengths and color are NOT grounds for exchange. Hair should remain in its original form as shipped to customer: packaging, zip ties, not washed/conditioned, brushed, colored, installed, etc. If any materials are believed to be defective, please send concerns to: LOVECOUTUREHAIR@GMAIL.COM. Prior to granting store credit or exchange, materials must be shipped and received back with our company. We do reserve the right to declare if materials are defective. Any shipping fees that may incur are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage confirmation signatures or tracking when shipping back to our company.
